Ralph’s career began in 1962 racing at dirt tracks (Merrittville, Speedway Park & Humberstone Speedway) driving a 1956 Studebaker built by his brother George and himself.
Continuing on dirt tracks, Ralph started racing Dodges and Plymouth’s. Ralph switched to asphalt racing and eventually teamed up with Kenny Silk and his 1973 Camaro.
The team did very well at Flamboro, Pinecrest, Cayuga and Delaware. Ralph being a mechanic by trade kept his cars in winning condition throughoiut all of his racing years and is continuing to do so for his son Steve’s racing program.
Ralph is one of the hardest working men alive with a true passion for racing. This passion keeps him running around at tracks as Crew Chief for Steve and helping anyone he can for decades.
